TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking with IOISIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

IOISIS COURSES AND CLASSES

Prices

£44 per person – 6 week course

Booking

Your place on a course is secure once we have received payment of the deposit which can be done online. Deposits are non-refundable and are set at 50% of the total for the booking. Bank details for transfers are available on request. The remaining balance is due at the first session.

Transferring your course place to another course

Once deposit payment has been processed, you are booked onto the course you have specified. You may transfer your place on a course up to 14 days prior to the start of the course.

This allows us time to find a replacement candidate to take your place for your original booking.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your place on a course, we need at least 7 days notice. We will not refund your deposit but we will endeavour to refund the remaining balance minus any classes attended over the deposit amount unless we can find an alternative course or class for you.

Missed classes on courses

If you are unable to attend one of the classes on your course, let us know in advance and you are welcome to attend one of our drop-in sessions to make it up. There’s no extra fee for this.

Drop-In sessions

There is no need to book to attend our drop-in sessions. We offer one session for £8 or £25 for 4 sessions if prepaid. You will be issued a loyalty card to have signed at each of the 4 sessions. Please keep this safe and present it at each session as we will not replace or refund lost cards. If you fail to bring your loyalty card you will be required to pay the £8 lesson fee. We reserve the right to change this offer.

PRIVATE/GROUP LESSONS

Prices

One to One: £30 per hour

Two people: £20 per person per hour

Three people: £15 per person per hour

Four people: £10 per person per hour

Booking

Private and group bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total for the booking to secure. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the date of the session. If the balance is not paid by this time we reserve the right to cancel, without refunding the deposit as a teacher will have been assigned.

If you book a class 1 week or less before the date of the class, you will need to pay in full in order to book.

Transferring dates

We will endeavour to accommodate changes to dates and times where possible dependant on availability and circumstances.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a session we do ask for at least 48 hours notice and we will do our best to offer an alternative date and/or time. We will only refund the remaining balance after the deposit is deducted in exceptional circumstance and this is at our discretion. Deposits can not be redeemed against other courses or drop-in sessions.

IOISIS HEN AND BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Prices

Pole/Burlesque/Aerial Parties: £10 per person for 1 hour, £15 per person for 1 hour 30 minutes, £20 per person for 2 hours.

Booking

To book any party classes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total for the booking is required. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the date of your party. If the balance is not paid by this time we reserve the right to cancel your class, without refunding the deposit.

If you book a class 1 week or less before the date of the class, you will need to pay in full in order to book.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and a teacher/host will be assigned.

Please be certain of the minimum guest number before paying deposit as the remaining balance will still be the other 50% for the booking even if not all attend. This also applies if paying in full. We will not refund for reduced guest numbers on the day.

If your group size is larger on the day than previously anticipated, any extra guests will be expected to pay in cash in full before the start of the class.

Transferring dates

On receipt of your deposit you will be booked for the date and time specified. You can request changes to this no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of your party provided that we have availability. This is to allow us to take other bookings for your original date and time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel we do ask for at least 48 hours notice and we will do our best to offer an alternative date and/or time. We will only refund the remaining balance after the deposit is deducted in exceptional circumstance and this is at our discretion. The deposit and other amounts paid can not be redeemed against other courses or drop-in sessions.

OTHER

Changes

We reserve the right to make alterations to classes booked with us. This is a rare occurrence, but is sometimes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. This applies to start dates, times, venue locations, courses, drop-in classes, bookings and parties. If a change has to take place, we will always offer suitable alternatives. If however none of the alternatives are convenient for you, we will offer you a full refund.

Age Limit

The minimum age for all participants is 18. There are exceptions if a person younger than 18 years is accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, this is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse an individual’s participation if they are under 18.

Alcohol

Please do not consume any alcohol before any type of pole dancing course or class. We will not teach anyone who is intoxicated.

We do allow people to have a drink at a hen or birthday party class, however, if you have been drinking before the class or overindulge during the class, it is at the teachers discretion whether you will be able to participate in the class. This is for your own safety.

We welcome bringing your own refreshments for your party booking but please be considerate and do not bring an excessive amount for the size of your group.

Health and Safety

Pole Dancing like all forms of physical exercise and activity, carries a risk of personal injury. If you have any previous injuries or ailments, we advise you not to take part in any IOISIS Class, unless you have permission from your doctor or health professional. Before taking part in any class, all attendees are requested to make us aware of any issues. We ask that all participants understand there is risk involved with pole dancing and do so at your own discretion. IOISIS take no responsibility for any accident occurring as a result of participation in any activity, directly or indirectly. All participants are expected to adhere to any rules put in place by staff and teachers and follow their instruction at all times. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the class if we feel you are acting irresponsibly or endangering others.

Please respect our studio space and others who use it. Any belongings left in the studio space both during and after classes are your own responsibility.

We do not recommend pole dancing if you are pregnant. Pregnant women are however welcome to come to hen and birthday party classes to watch. Please just let us know when booking the class, so we can make sure there are chairs in the studio. If you are booking on behalf of a friend or group, please check that all individuals are fit to participate.

These terms and conditions may be changed by IOISIS.
